The seventh brand task of the 10/10 Big Brother Naija season which held over the weekend had HFM, a multi-asset regulated global broker have a go at it with hisemeates in a task that tested their knowledge of trading.

Through the task, the foreign exchange trading brand used its spotlight to reveal different strategic moves involved in successful trading and why it is the go-to trading platform.

The HFM task was segmented into three, where housemates’ trading prowess, mental strength, teamwork, execution, and general knowledge, in line with the brand’s values were tested.

To kick off the task, housemates were divided into two major groups: Team Gold which had housemates Big Soso, Rooboy, Denari, Mensan, Bright, Faith, Mide, Imisi, Kola, Sultana, Kuture, and Koyin. The second team, Team Forex comprised housemates Thelma, Otega, Jason, Isabella, Gigi, Kayikunmi, Joanna, Tracy, Kaybobo, Ivatar, Dede, and Zita.

Doris and Victory served as unbiased umpires who ensured fairness and strict adherence to Big Brother’s rules.

The three challenges were a Quiz game on general knowledge about Nigeria; a Jenga or tumbling tower game, and a puzzle game. Both teams had to brainstorm, strategize, and present the games in ways that reflected unity and competitive spirit.

The quiz game and the Jenga game were played simultaneously. The two teams had representatives; a team member was chosen to read out the general questions, and when answered correctly, the team representative gently removed a block from the Jenga tower and placed it on top of the tower carefully to avoid the tower from collapsing. The blocks/woods had numbers and names, indices and forex with different points on them. Each correct answer and move was 50 points.

The puzzle game also had representatives from the two teams who brainstormed and carefully fixed the puzzle.

Team Gold came into the challenge with a strong lineup, boasting the energetic Big Soso, the strategic Mensan, and the always fiery Faith. They delivered an impressive performance filled with creativity and flair.

Team Forex, however, had an edge. With strong leaders like Thelma and Otega, backed by the confident Jason and the innovative Isabella, their approach was not only organized but also highly engaging.

The official umpires carefully assessed both teams based on performance, creativity, teamwork, and execution before declaring Team Forex winners with a total of 745 points across all three games.
