Mouka Limited, Nigeria’s leading sleep solutions provider, has appointed Dimeji Osingunwa as its new Managing Director, effective March 17, 2026, signalling a strategic push to strengthen market leadership and drive innovation.
Osingunwa succeeds Femi Fapohunda, who stepped down on March 16 following a mutual agreement with the Board. The company praised Fapohunda’s tenure, noting that under his leadership, Mouka navigated challenging economic conditions while expanding market share and reinforcing its position as a trusted household brand.
“Femi’s steady and strategic leadership ensured that Mouka not only weathered economic headwinds but emerged stronger and more competitive. We thank him for his invaluable contributions,” the Board said.
Having joined Mouka in 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer, Osingunwa has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth. He brings extensive experience from multinational companies including Cadbury Nigeria Plc (now Mondelez), SC Johnson, and Twinning Ovaltine, with proven expertise in commercial strategy, brand development, and sales leadership.
“Dimeji is a true son of the house. His deep understanding of our business, combined with his proven track record and leadership values, makes him the ideal leader to guide Mouka into its next phase,” the Board added.
