Coca-Cola Realignment Sees Murtala, Onyemelukwe, Omoigui Assume New Positions

Major realignment within The Coca-Cola Company(TCCC) Nigeria, has seen marketing leader- Murtala Yusuf, corporate and sustainability Amazon – Amaka Onyemelukwe, and award-winning marketing communications professional, Adesoji Omoigui, assume new positions within the company.
Murtala who joined the company in 2018 as a Senior Brand Manager, rising through the ranks to become Marketing Director has now assumed a new position as Senior Marketing Director for the global beverage giants. Boasting a career that spans about a decade and a half, Murtala has also garnered quality industry experiences while working at Suntory Holdings, GlaxoSmithKline, Heineken Nigeria, Procter & Gamble, among others.
Onyemelukwe who was hitherto the Director, Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS) for the company, is now Senior Director, Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability. The Amazon has risen through the ranks to her new position, having joined the company in 2017 as Head, Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability. A renowned public policy expert and a sustainability professional par excellence, she has worked at Philip Morris International, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, among others.
Omoigu whose position was Marketing Portfolio Senior Manager is now the company’s Director, Marketing Portfolio. The award-winning marketing communications professional joined Coca-Cola Nigeria in 2005 as a Sales Analyst from Total Energies, rising meteorically through the ranks to her current position.
