Sherrif Adekoya Joins Noah’s Ark As Strategy Director

Noah’s Ark Communications has appointed Sherrif Adekoya as its new Strategy Director, strengthening the agency’s leadership team as it continues to deepen its integrated marketing, brand communications, and business strategy capabilities.
In his new role, Adekoya will oversee the agency’s strategic planning function, lead insight-driven campaign development, support business growth initiatives, and help clients build stronger customer-focused marketing strategies backed by data and analytics.
He brings extensive experience in brand, marketing, and communications strategy, with deep expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance productivity across an organisation’s ecosystem. Widely regarded for his analytical and logical approach, he is also recognised for strong relationship management and strategic problem-solving skills.
His core competencies span strategy development, integrated marketing management, business intelligence and analytics, brand design and management, digital marketing, research and advisory, growth hacking, go-to-market execution, positioning, customer behaviour analysis, media strategy, and digital consulting.
Prior to joining Noah’s Ark, he served as Group Head of Strategy, Planning and Analytics at Ogilvy Africa, where he led strategic planning initiatives and analytics-driven campaigns across multiple markets and client portfolios.
Before that, he worked at Edgeforth Business Solutions, serving as Group Strategy Lead as well as Team Lead and Lead Strategist, where he played key roles in business transformation, strategic planning, and market expansion initiatives.
He also held leadership positions at Publicis Groupe as Team Lead for Strategy, Planning and Analytics, contributing to integrated marketing strategies and performance-driven campaigns for major brands.
Earlier in his career, Adekoya worked at Skin Beauty Limited as Communications and Marketing Manager as well as Group Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing brand communication and customer engagement strategies.
His professional journey also includes roles at Crosswalk Datalink Limited, where he served as Senior Business Development Executive and Head of Strategic Business Unit, helping to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
He additionally worked as a Strategy and Planning Executive at Commstrat Associates, contributing to communications planning and strategic advisory projects.
Adekoya began his career at Mark Calthers Consulting Limited, where he served as a Project Business Analyst and Business Management Executive, building foundational experience in business analysis, strategy, and organisational management.
He holds an Executive MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology, alongside a Higher National Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics from Yaba College of Technology.
